This was the 2nd time that I put my future in Michelle's hands and contracted her to sell a property for me.
This time it was my family home of 30 yrs and it was a difficult time in more ways than one, with Covid rearing it's ugly head just as we went on the market.

another family to make it once again a place that a young family could make thier home.
Although it was a long drawn out process with delays and extensions Michelle gave us great adviceand did her best to make our move to our new life away from Auckland a reality.

We first met Michelle when we made a snap decision to buy the neighbours' house. Michelle was
their agent and made the whole process super easy.
Moving family members next door meant we now had to sell the home they were in as quickly as
possible - this proved challenging. Four months later and eye-watering bridging finance saw us a bit
panicked. Michelle had already offered to push the settlement out a bit to help, for which we were
very grateful; so when our contract with our Realtor was expiring we asked her to take over the
selling.
She was warm and helpful - and super organised. Within hours we had a stack of relevant
information and a strategy. She was realistic about our prospects, and came up with a list of tools to
facilitate a plan which (in her opinion) would result in a speedy sale that would also meet our needs
financially.
She was correct on every aspect. We took all of her advice on board and trusted her to manage the
details.
After the very first Open Home, we had two offers on the table - one of which we were able to
accept with absolutely no back-and-forward negotiation necessary. We were stunned (very happily
so).
In addition, she managed the actual sale process faultlessly - sorting details around builders reports
and other minutiae.
